1. Processing & Dispatch Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–15 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product sourcing, quality inspection, and packaging requirements.

2. Supported Shipping Methods We offer a range of shipping options to meet different budget and timeline needs:

  • ✈️ Express Air Freight – DHL, FedEx (fastest, recommended for urgent orders)
  • ✈️ General Air Freight – Standard air cargo for larger shipments
  • 🚢 Sea Freight – FCL (Full Container Load) & LCL (Less than Container Load)
  • 📦 Yiwu Small Parcel – Economical option for small/sample orders

3. Shipping Cost Calculation Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater) of the shipment, along with the destination country and chosen shipping method. A detailed freight quote will be provided before order confirmation.

4. Customs Duties & Tax Responsibility We support both major Incoterms arrangements:

  • DAP (Delivered At Place) – Default option. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Available upon request. UNIYIWU arranges customs clearance and duties are included in the quoted price. Please confirm your preferred Incoterms arrangement before placing your order.

5. Shipment Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your shipment in real time via the carrier's official website or through our team via WhatsApp or email.

6. Special Circumstances & Delays The following situations may cause shipping delays beyond our standard timeframe:

  • Public holidays in China (e.g., Chinese New Year, Golden Week)
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events
  • War, political instability, or regional conflicts affecting transit routes
  • Customs inspection, detention, or clearance delays at the destination country

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to find the best alternative solution. UNIYIWU is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances, but we will provide full assistance and documentation support.
