1. Platform Use Rules By accessing or using the UNIYIWU platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Our platform connects global buyers with verified suppliers based in Yiwu, China, providing product sourcing, private labeling, order fulfillment, and warehousing services.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities Suppliers applying to list on this platform must submit the following documentation:
- Valid business registration certificate
- Scope of business operations
- Relevant industry qualifications, certifications, and inspection/testing certificates All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
3. Intellectual Property Suppliers must provide documentation of owned intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademark registration certificates and patent records. Any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited and the supplier bears full legal responsibility.
4. Disclaimer
- Product prices may fluctuate in accordance with market conditions. Suppliers are responsible for updating pricing and product information on the platform in a timely manner.
- UNIYIWU is not liable for losses arising from supplier changes, stock shortages, or failure to update platform information promptly.
- UNIYIWU acts as a sourcing and fulfillment agent and is not responsible for force majeure events or third-party logistics delays.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution All products and services offered through this platform shall comply with applicable laws. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR for adjudication.
