Refund policy

Return Window Customers must submit a return request within 7–15 days of receiving the goods. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging with no significant damage

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom / private label products (any order with branding, logo, or custom specifications)
• Orders that have already been shipped and are in transit

Refund Method & Processing Time Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
